Cookie & Pistachio Nut Brittle
You will need:
5.3 oz or 2/3 cup sugar
1 oz or 1/8 cup unsalted pistachio nuts
6 coarsely crumbled cookies
Distribute the pistachio nuts and the cookie crumbles on a piece of baking paper. Melt the sugar at a low temperature while stirring. Once the sugar has melted, pour it over the pistachios and cookies. Let the Cookie & Nut Brittle cool for 10 minutes before cutting or breaking it into bite-sized pieces.
Accompany this delicious treat with a cup of coffee or tea. Add a dollop of vanilla ice cream for extra sweetness!Print Recipe
