Easter Custard Eggs

Custard will fill 8 egg shells

Cookie Custard baked in egg shells.

8 Butter Cookies, finely grated   

3 Pasteurized egg yolks           
3½  Tbsp Cream                   
2½  Tbsp Honey                   
5 oz Sour cream               

Whisk the egg yolks with the cream, honey and sour cream. Pour the mixture into egg shells (make sure the shells have been rinsed/cleaned thoroughly), place the egg shells on a baking sheet in salt or uncooked rise to keep them from tumbling over, and bake them in the oven on 180° F for 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let the custard eggs cool down in the fridge.

Serve the custard eggs with grated butter cookies and eat with a spoon.
