Decorated Christmas Snow Cookies

Coconut Cookies for the X-mas Tree


24 Vanilla rings         
7 oz White chocolate       
14 ozCoconut flakes       
Decorative string

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave. Dip the cookies in the melted chocolate, and immediately thereafter in the coconut flakes.

Push a wooden toothpick or skewer through the hole in the vanilla ring and place the cookies on a sheet of parchment paper. Let the Christmas Snow Cookies cool down in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Replace the toothpick/skewer with a piece of string, and tie the string around the cookie. Then hang on your Christmas tree for an edible, decorative treat.
