Pretzel Cookies with dark and white chocolate

You will need
24 Royal Dansk Butter Cookies, preferably pretzel cookies
3.5 oz Dark chocolate for melting
3.5 oz White chocolate for melting
Sprinkles, preferably red, white and silver

Chop the chocolate into small pieces, and melt in double boiler(s).

Spread the tops of half the cookies with dark chocolate and decorate with white/silver sprinkles.

Spread the tops of the remaining cookies with white chocolate and decorate with red sprinkles. For fun effects, try to give the white chocolate cookies the pattern of a candy cane.
