Raspberry Crumble with Butter Cookies
A crunchy crumble with delicious berries
For 4 servings, you will need:
9 oz fresh or frozen raspberries
5 Royal Dansk Butter Cookies, crushed
1 oz marzipan or almond paste
1 oz butter
Distribute the raspberries in 4 oven-proof baking dishes
Crush 5 Butter Cookies and mix with the marzipan and butter with your hands until you have assembled the crumble dough, which should be distributed on top of the raspberries.
Bake in the middle of the oven on 450°F for approximately 10 minutes. The berries will only be slightly baked, and will therefore still be fresh when bitten into. If you wish for the berries to be softer, leave in the oven for a couple of minutes extra.
Remove the Raspberry Crumbles from the oven. Let it cool off slightly, and serve warm with a little sour crème.
